Do you remember your first time at the circus? Do remember all those clowns getting out of ONE car? Sounds familiar...... What is not easily recognizable is that this event is one many well organized performances offered by the circus and everyone has intricate role and the ringmaster is the leader who binds the talent. As a Recruiter,we become the RingMaster we introduce the performers to the company. SO where does the clown come in? How do you intoduce the clowns? Clowns make people laugh and maintain the balance of the show, they come in all shapes and sizes. That's the diversity of the circus. No matter how many or what kind of clowns getting out of the car, they have to be directed to the correct areas to make the show a success. As a recruiter, we have to look at every clown getting out of the car, and ask ourselves where do they fit for the success of both the company and candidate. Do they fit within the company or fit the circus? A clown can perfrom many acts, but if put with the bears or the lions the clown would fail to be funny. It might even wreck the show do to the encounter it has with the lions or bears. Recruiting requires you to know the candidate and know thier talent. It also requires you to know your company culture and know every act that is apart of the circus.
